The much-awaited Kia Stinger GT has finally been unveiled in Malaysia following its preview late last year. The star of this launch is the GT variant that packs a 3.3 litre twin turbo V6 engine which produces 365 hp at 6000 rpm, and 510 Nm of torque from 1300 to 4500 rpm. This means that the Stinger can go from 0 to 100km/h in 4.9 seconds.
KIA has also brought in the 2.0 litre GT-Line which is equally sexy and a little lighter on the pocket change compared to its 3.3 litre sibling.
Both variants feature Kia’s second generation eight-speed rear wheel drive automatic transmission.
Sporting a sleek design in colours such as HiChroma Red, Deep Chroma Blue, Panthera Metal and Aurora Black.
As for pricing before insurance, the 3.3 litre GT variant will cost RM309,888 whereas the 2.0 litre will cost RM239,888.
If you’re curious about the KIA Stinger, you can view it up close, touch and feel the car at Pavilion KL from 12 July onwards.
